The Titanium USA Belt Squat has been designed and engineered to work with the body's natural squatting motion and reduce stress on the upper body.
This machine builds explosive power for the lower-body, without placing unnecessary strain caused by barbell squats on shoulders, spine, and lower back.
Users can safely squat without requiring a spotter regardless of their training level or experience.
