PRODUCT FEATURES

• Easy to Adjust
  The ladder design combined with an easy to use, highly visible handle makes adjusting this bench from flat to 90 degree incline very quick and simple. There are a total of 8 fixed positions. 
  
  

• Heavy Duty Frame
  The frame is engineered using heavy gauge premium grade steel, and finished with an electrostatic power coating.
  
  

• Thick Padding
  The backrest and seat have been ergonomically designed and manufactured using high quality thick foam padding and finished off with high grade and stitched upholstery for maximum comfort.
  
  

• Dumbbell Storage
  Neatly store your dumbbells within arms length, and keep your space neat and tidy. The storage will accommodate 5 pairs of dumbbells, with storage for 5 individual dumbbells on each side. 
  
  

• Ball & Kettlebell Storage 
  With open storage compartments located at both the front and rear of the bench, you can comfortably store kettlebells, balls, and more.
  
  

• Band Hooks
  Equipment with 2x hooks for bands at the rear of the bench, you can add resistance based movements such as chest press, shoulder press, fly's and more using resistance bands of varied resistance. 
  
  

• Transport Wheels
  It comes with high quality transport wheels so it can be easily moved in and out of racks and rigs or to other areas on the gym floor.
